Emma's First Birthday Party

We celebrated Emma's first birthday at my parents house with a bbq pool party. This is a copy of the invitation we sent out (I blocked off our address- and the top above her head is a part of a magnet holding the invitation on the fridge)

LOVE pool parties!! Everyone seemed to have a good time, and we had lots of floaties available since none of the kids at the party could swim! I remember celebrating many of my own birthday parties in this pool. Such fun!!

Emma woke up from her post-party nap just in time to visit with some more party guests! Gayle & Luke were able to stop by for a quick visit, it was so nice to see them. And they even gave Emma her very first pair of pink UGGS.....we will have some modeling pictures posted as soon as the cold weather hits again!
