We have ourselves one happy little baby.
She likes to grab her hair, especially with food filled fingers, so in a rush I threw a headband on her to hold her crazy hair back. That hair really has a mind of its own!
Yesterday Emma and I spent ALL DAY in Cambridge watching water polo. We left the house at 9am and did not return until close to 6pm. It was fun, cold, and exhausting. My friend Alison met us at the pool for the first game, which was fun to catch up and play a bit. Then we met up with friends in Harvard Sq. at Border Cafe to enjoy a nice lunch, and literally within seconds after we took this picture and I was walking back towards the pool, Emma's eyes were closed for a nap. Little trooper can't seem to fall asleep during all the action- doesn't want to miss a thing!
I really like the convenience of carrying her around on me, but she is almost getting to be too big for this carrier. I'm trying to decide if I should get another one that will accommodate up to 40lbs- but I have this gut feeling that our little busy body will want to be walking everywhere we go once she learns how.....

i want to ask you a question but over the phone...if we ever connect. luv the new blog posts, the new room, don't get another carrier bc she will be walking soon and summer will be here...love the new pic of felix and emma on the beach WOW...good nite, it's 11:30 which means 6.5 hrs til my 6-month-old wake-up call. love you!
